When I look at a page I have viewed before, I do not see expected changes.

A warning message on the home page says Javascript is disabled.
If you are using Internet Explorer, tell it the S4OM website is safe:
1. Navigate to www.s4om.org in Internet Explorer
2. Click Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites
3. The Add this website to the zone field should show http://www.s4om.org
Clear the Require Server Verification check box below
Click Add
Click Close5. Set the Security Level slider to Medium
6. Click OK
If you are using Firefox, enable Javascript::
1. Click Tools > Options > Content
2. Check the Enable Javascript box
Click OKIf you are using Safari, enable Javascript:
1. Press the <Crtl> and <Comma> keys simultaneously
2. Click on Security
3. Check the Enable Javascript box
4. Clear the control box using the "X" in the upper right corner.
I forgot or am confused by the passwords.
You need to keep track of two passwords.
The first password is for accessing members-only pages. It is included in each acceptance letter (except for very early-joiners). There is also a reminder in the announcement of each newsletter which is e-mailed to all members.
The second password is your personal code for changing your locator record. You specified this password in your S4OM membership application. If you have lost/forgotten the password and cannot find your application, email the webmaster and he can reconstruct it.

If the page has been updated in the meantime you will still be shown the old version. Press Refresh/Reload to load the new version.

My members-only password doesn't work in Safari.A password can be completed with the 'Enter' key in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. In Safari, you must click the 'OK' button instead.
How do I update my locator page?
1. Go to s4om.org
2. Click on "Therapist Locator"
3. Enter your name or a part of it in the search box and click "Search"
4. Find your record, click on "Details" and then on "Change Record"
6. Enter your personal password which you specified on your S4OM application
7. Make the changes you want
8. Click on "Save".
How do I download the oncology massage client intake form?
1. Goto to s4om.org
2. Click on "For Therapists" > "Resources" > "Intake Form"
3. Enter the members-only password.

1. Right click the image you want to use.
2. Select Save Image As (Firefox) or Save Picture As (Internet Explorer).
3. Save to a folder and filename you can find again.
4. Open your graphics application and retrieve the image.
