I am a cancer survivor turned massage therapist who has personally experience the healing power of massage. Lymph drainage therapy resolved lymphedema in my right arm and restored balance to my struggling system, which vastly improved my quality of life. Neuromuscular therapy helped me rebalance my musculoskeletal system and ease chronic neck pain. Scar tissue rehabilitation helped me reclaim my surgical sites.
I graduated cum laude from Bowdoin College in 2000 with a major in Biology. I have always been fascinated by large, complex systems and sought education in Ecology, Anthropology and Psychology. The human body is its own complex system, and I enjoy learning about each client’s needs and how I can best apply my learning to helping them.
In addition to neuromuscular therapy, I have certification in oncology massage and manual lymph drainage.
