I have been a massage therapist since 2003 and feel grateful everyday that I am able to help people in such a fundamental way.
I completed my 600 hour therapy program at The Blue Cliff School of Massage Therapy in New Orleans, Lousiana. From there I have worked in clinical and spa settings and feel that my work has given me a wide range of experiences that allow me to be a well rounded therapist.
My true passion is using gentle touch therapies for populations recovering from various illness and/or trauma. I am a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (Vodder Technique- CMLDT) and specialize in Oncoloy Massage. I am able to provide healing therapy to those who have gone or are currently going through cancer treatment as well as those experiencing post surgery swelling. allergies, whiplash, migraines, edema and lymphedema.
I am also able to provide pain relief through customized sessions using several types of modalities that include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone.
I serve on the Board of The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and volunteer with the Oncology Massage Allicance (OMA), an organization that provides free hand/ foot massages to those undergoing chemotherapy infusionsat Texas Oncology Hospital.
