Angela Tyree, BS, LMT is an advocate for the elderly and a hospice volunteer. She has a history in long term care facilities and her current vocation is as a licensed massage therapist whose practice is focused on older adults with chronic illness. Angela received geriatric massage therapy training from the Daybreak Geriatric Massage Institute in Indianapolis and oncology massage training from Oncology Massage of the Carolinas. She believes that those who are living with a chronic illness benefit the most from massage therapy as it is a key component in an effective symptom management regimen.
