My wellness journey began when a family member was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2017. Caring for a cancer patient inspired me to switch career to massage therapy. In December 2018, St. Michael & Company, a women-centered and faith-based health and wellness company, was established in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The love for health and wellness is very personal. Our mission is our passion, and our passion is our mission. At St. Michael & Company, we believe in the pursuit of health and wellness in a holistic way to create transformational change. In search of healthy options for cancer care and treatments, I have traveled to 30 countries and explored mind and body wellness alternatives such as nutrition, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, therapeutic massage therapies, and aromatherapies. My specialization includes Oncology Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Modern Cupping Therapy, Myofascial Release, and other Asian modalities such as Shiatsu, Thai Massage, and Ayurvedic treatments.
