DESCRIPTION:  \nQualifications: \n\n\n\nThis course is open to licensed massage therapists\, estheticians\, RN’s\, and Nurse Aides\nPrerequisite (see below) must be complete prior to start of Live; Virtual Course.\n\n\n\n  \nFormat: \n* Please note\, this foundational training is made up of two components. It has a prerequisite online Home Study component followed by an In-Person component \n  \nOncology Massage and Skin Care – 32 CE hrs. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nHome Study (Online): 8 CE hrs. – Home Study – Course material available on enrollment \n\nIn-Person Component: 24 CE hrs. – Thursday\, May 14 – Saturday\, May 16\, 2026 9am to 6pm all three days\n\n\n\n\n\nInstructor: \nJohnnette duRand \n  \nFor questions about the course\, please contact the Organizer.  S4OM is unable to provide further details regarding course information.  \nThe intention of the Education Standards for S4OM/S4OE Foundational Courses is to provide an outline of the required elements of a S4OM/S4OE recognized Foundational Course. A Foundational Course is meant to teach massage therapists and estheticians the basics of providing oncology massage and skin care in a safe\, ethical\, and appropriate manner for those diagnosed with cancer.
