Having sustained my share of sport injuries, surgeries and rehab, it was natural for me to gravitate towards Deep tissues /Sports massage therapy in my practice. After receiving my certification in Oncology massage I realized there wasn't “restorative” after care. It only made sense to me to combine the two modalities in a gentler way. Restorative Oncology massage is an adaption of massage techniques used to safely nurture and empower your body to move more freely as you did before. Post-Surgery recovery and rebuilding is my focus. After many treatments and surgeries, you have movement restrictions. I help alleviate soft tissue dysfunction so that you may regain full range of motion, as well as develop functional posture symmetry and mobility.
