Annette Joubert-Mowen is a licensed massage therapist and certified by NCBTMB since 1993. She graduated NYU B.S. School of Education, Health Nursing and Arts professions in 1988.
Inner Sea Massage Therapy offers Oncology massage to support patients through their cancer journey. Massage work is a partnership with caretakers which incorporates self-care and stress management.
