We all have multiple issues in our life experience; massage and bodywork help. I see each person I work with as their holistic self: mind, body, and spirit. Each individual is more than their cancer diagnosis – they are a life filled with experiences and skills.

In each session, I work with precise, thorough focus to help each person find the healing and respite they need. As living, breathing creatures under the weight of gravity, we all need bodywork.

If your body is hurting or facing stress, I can help – even if it is taking a much-needed break from the pain for the hour of the session. Some know how important that is. My lifelong chronic pain experience (of various forms and types of pain) gives me an insider’s perspective that works towards finding a customized method of treatment for everyone. Married to that is my innate sense of touch mixed with empathy about the pain people experience. God designed our bodies to heal and renew daily, and He created massage to be part of that healing program.

I am a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) and the Society for Oncology Massage, and I am licensed by the State of Iowa. I am also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage – Vodder Method through Klose Training, Medical Massage through Ralph Stephens, and TMJD and Whiplash Recovery through PNMT Midwest. Specialties include: Myofascial Release, Trigger Points & Neuromuscular Therapy, Massage Cupping, Gua Sha, & Scar Tissue Release.
