9:00 am- 4:00 pm Educator Forum (Separate registration is required)

An educational gathering for S4OM Recognized Education Providers and other interested educators. Continental breakfast and lunch provided. 

Location: NWHSU Campus

12:00-4:00 pm S4OM Board Meeting

For those who are interested in learning a bit more about S4OM, consider joining us during the first hour of our meeting to learn more about the organization, volunteer, or ask questions. 

Location: Hilton

5:30-8:30 pm Welcome Reception (No additional fee, pre-registration or registration at the door is required) 

A celebration of the S4OM community and a warm welcome to the Summit. Appetizers and beverages available.

Friday 4/21/23 

                 

6:00-7:00 am Morning Movement Class with Bethany Hutchinson with Mind Body Solutions (no additional fee but pre-registration is required)

‘Gentle Yoga for Grounding and Connection’. Begin your day with a 60-minute yoga session to renew your inner balance and strength. 

 Location: Hilton Bloomington Hotel, Jefferson Room 

7:30-8:30 am Check-in, Registration, and Meet and Greet 

Be sure to stop by the S4OM table for your badge ribbons and event information. The S4OM table and other exhibitors will be open during every break, during the lunch period, and at the end of the event.

12:00-1:30 pm Networking Lunch 

Today we will separate into regions during the luncheon with the opportunity to meet your local oncology massage practitioners, educators, and S4OM Regional Champions. Look for the Table Flags. Photos of Regional Champions will be available near each group so you can identify your Regional Champion.

12:45-1:15 pm Lunchtime Movement Opportunity with S4OM Preferred Practitioner Stacey Schultze 

 A quick 30-minute movement class to refresh and ground yourself for the afternoon lectures.

3:00-3:30 pm Meet the Poster Session Authors

Attending authors and researchers with posters at the event will be available for you to meet, greet, and discuss their research during this final break of the day. Please stop by and connect with these sharp minded colleagues. 

Location: NWHSU Hallway off Foyer, follow signs 

6:00-8:00 pm Evening networking opportunity 

An opportunity to connect and collaborate with fellow attendees Friday evening. Spend a couple of hours with a gathering of Summit attendees. Meet someone new or connect with someone you’re going to dinner with. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Saturday 4/22/23
