Apple Altmann, BSN, RN, CMT is a former Oncology & Hospice RN.

She provides therapeutic bodywork via a nurse’s lens, specializing in relaxation and medically informed techniques for individuals at all ages & stages of life.

Each session is tailored after an intake conversation to determine which blend of Swedish massage, acupressure, myofascial release, or manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) are best suited to serve an individual’s needs.

Apple has had special training to enhance her care with pediatric and geriatric clients, as well as any aged person living with neurological challenges, cancer, or chronic illness.

Apple is currently a Fellow at UCSF in the Integrative Medicine Department of Hospital Massage.

The region where Apple provides services is West Sonoma and Marin County.
