Carol Mathewson, LMT, BCTMB, OMT, Reiki Master, AAS in Massage Therapy Practicing since 2011, Carol is licensed in both Florida and New Jersey and is Nationally Board Certified (BCTMB). She studied Therapeutic Massage at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota where she completed her Massage Certification and earned an associate’s degree in Massage Therapy to bring a unique skill set to each individual session. She holds specialty certifications in Oncology Massage (OMT), Pre-Post Natal Massage, and Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) for Head, Neck and Face, a therapy which can be quite effective to relieve discomfort for those who experience chronic migraines, suffer from seasonal allergies or have chronic sinus discomfort. As a Reiki Master and Healing Touch practitioner, she can infuse these energetic therapies into your massage session to provide deep and profound relaxation and restoration. Her goal is to understand the whole person and select effective approaches to relieve discomfort, reduce stress and encourage recovery from injury and/or physical activities in order to nurture an active and well being.
