I provide holistic massage therapy that not only decreases pain and muscle tension but also results in increased emotional balance and relaxation.

Committed to creating a safe environment to receive therapeutic bodywork, I am engaged and present in each session and listen generously to learn how best to support my clients. I have advanced training and practice in oncology massage and medical massage.

I am continually inspired by partnering with both conventional and complementary health care providers. I am a certified member of Associated Massage and Bodywork Professionals and am committed to elevating the role of massage therapy in health care.

Outside of the massage room, I enjoy spending time with my amazing daughter, gluten-free cooking, reading, and hiking trails in the woods with my dog.
