Since 1996 Tamara Hammack has made it her life’s mission to facilitate pain reduction and quality of life improvement knowledge. Tamara finished her masters of public health in 2001, taught at the community college level and later formed her own massage and wellness company, May 2022. Since obtaining licensure in Oregon and Washington, Tamara’s massage practice has grown steadily. She places great importance on presence, curiosity and humility in working with health providers and clients people of all ages and varying health needs.
