At S4OM | S4OE, we believe every oncology trained professional deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect—regardless of financial circumstances. To support our community, we are offering a limited number of scholarships for the 2nd Annual Virtual Oncology Massage & Esthetics Healing Summit to individuals who may need assistance to attend. S4OM and S4OE are dedicated to supporting those in the field of integrative oncology care.

This year, two partial scholarships for the Summit are available to those member practitioners who may need financial assistance.

These awards are made possible through the Cynthia Myers Memorial Scholarship Fund, created to celebrate the life and legacy of Cynthia D. Myers and her commitment to compassionate, oncology‑informed care.

Each scholarship provides 50% off the Summit registration fee, helping make participation more accessible.

 

*Please note that scholarships are non‑transferable and are valid only for the year they are awarded.

 

Eligibility Criteria

Scholarships are available to current S4OM | S4OE Preferred Practitioners who are committed to advancing oncology massage and esthetics within their communities.

We invite you to complete the online Scholarship Application by February 28, 2026. When you’re ready to begin, simply select the APPLY button below to submit your application for consideration.

Selection Criteria and Process

Scholarships are awarded with the intention of continuing the legacy of oncology‑informed care. Applications are reviewed using the following criteria:

  • The applicant is a current S4OM | S4OE Preferred Practitioner.

  • The applicant has demonstrated that financial support is necessary in order to attend the Summit.

  • The applicant currently provides—or intends to provide—oncology‑informed care for people living with cancer, including their caregivers.

  • The applicant has shared how Summit participation will meaningfully strengthen their practice and enhance the care they offer their clients.

All applications are reviewed by the Scholarship Review Committee, a group of fellow Preferred Practitioners who bring lived experience, professional insight, and a shared commitment to advancing oncology massage and esthetics.

Award notifications will be sent by March 16, 2026.
