Adelle is a dedicated massage therapist specializing in manual lymph drainage (MLD).

Her passion for this work comes from personal experience living with lymphedema, a chronic condition that affects the lymphatic system and causes persistent swelling.

After years of searching for answers and discovering the benefits of MLD, she was inspired to help others facing similar challenges. She founded Ameliorating Touch Massage Therapy to provide compassionate, personalized care that supports healing, comfort, and overall well-being.

Adelle’s goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where every client can reconnect with their body and experience the benefits of therapeutic touch.
