A growing number of cancer and hospitalized patients are realizing a need for holistic methods to ease their symptoms. Research has proven that oncology massage is safe for treating patients but may cause harm without the required specialized training.

Attend one of Corewell Health’s 24-hour: Introduction to Oncology Massage classes and learn how to safely treat cancer patients throughout their journey and into survivorship or end of life. The program includes lecture, hands-on training, and a peer-to-peer student clinic. Corewell Health also offers a Supplemental Course that is a three-day, patient clinical rotation. The 24-hour: Introduction to Oncology Massage class is a pre-requisite to join the Supplemental Course.
