Anita Reed Dean, L.M.T. attended the New Center For Holistic Health and Education, (now The New York College of Health Professions), in Syosset, NY, founded by Dr. Robert and Tina Sohn. Anita graduated at the top of her class and was the recipient of the Academic Excellence award.

She received her certification as a CORE Myofascial therapist under George P. Kousaleos of The Core Institute. She studied extensively under Michael Gaeta, Past-President of the Acupuncture Society of New York, and Bruno Chikly, M.D., an associate of the Upledger Institute.

She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and the Society for Oncology Massage. Anita is nationally certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and is licensed as a massage therapist in Florida. She has been in private practice since 1996.
