I have seen and experienced firsthand many of the stresses that come with balancing a busy career and family. I know the stress that this can place on the body, mind, and spirit. I chose to leave the Executive Assistant field after fifteen years to pursue my passion to work on and help others feel and move better.

Massage Therapy/bodywork is my third career. I feel like I have finally found what I was put on this Earth to do! I received two Certificates of Achievement along with my A.A. in Massage Therapy from De Anza Community College. I have always been passionate about continuing education and pride myself in continuing to learn so I can bring additional skills to the table for my clients and patients. My latest addition was Greet The Day’s Foundational Course for Oncology Massage in January 2025.

My work is more on the gentle side of massage and bodywork. I do use lymphatic drainage, acupressure points, stretches, and have my clients and patients be more active in their session. However, I understand that sometimes what the body needs is just to be quiet and receive. I will work with your goals to provide the best session.
