As a nationally certified massage therapist since 1994, I bring decades of experience to my work.

As a cancer warrior myself, with firsthand experience of chemotherapy, surgery, and radiation, I understand from the inside what is to navigate life in a body that feels unfamiliar and frightening.

My advanced training includes CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release through the Upledger Institute, and extensive study in John Barnes Myofascial Release — completing six courses with Barnes directly. I am also a certified End of Life Doula through the Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont.

My practice is focused on trauma-aware oncology massage for clients whose bodies have been through something hard. I believe that touch, offered with skill and attentive presence, is an important part of recovery no one puts on the treatment plan.
