I believe in holistically assisting healing within others, holding space for them during their journey to greater health, and inducing the deepest relaxation and stress reduction through subtle yet powerful integration of body and energy work.
Every wellness session is sacred. I believe in starting every session where the individual is and with what they feel they need.
Then we follow the lead of the physical body tissues as well as the energetic body while integrating tools and practices to complete the most comprehensive session.
