I am a NC Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (NC LMBT #11589), Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (Vodder Technique), Oncology Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master residing in Monroe, NC. I’ve been a bodyworker for over 14 years.

I’ve been fortunate to train under industry professionals such as Mike Elkins, massage therapist for the Carolina Panthers and David Philips, Structural Integration Therapist and Rolfer.

I received my Manual Lymphatic Drainage certification in the Vodder Technique through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies, and my Oncology Massage Certificate through Oncology Massage of the Carolinas.
