I am honored and humbled each time a client places their trust in me and allows me to support their healing journey.

I believe deeply in the body’s innate ability to restore balance, and in the powerful role therapeutic massage and bodywork can play in helping people relax, renew, and restore body, mind, and spirit.

Whether you are navigating stress, recovering from a sports injury, managing a health condition, or living with chronic pain, I customize every session using multiple modalities to help improve your quality of life.

My work also includes serving VA veterans, providing trauma informed, clinically grounded massage therapy to support pain management, mobility, and overall wellbeing for those who have served.

I am a 2022 graduate of the Avalon School of Massage in Houston, TX and am licensed by the states of Texas, Alabama and Florida.

My practice is rooted in compassion, evidence informed care, and a commitment to helping each client tap into the remarkable healing potential of their own body
