About

I am the owner of Align Total Wellness which is dedicated to healing touch, nurturing products and holistic practices for women. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2009. Throughout my career, I have been told that I have warm healing hands and an intuitive gift. I do love touch and the power it conveys. I love to console others while offering compassion and comfort.

From the beginning, my passion has been to assist women diagnosed with cancer. At that time, I did not personally know anyone that had been diagnosed, So, I sought out educational training and organizations in this population. I began volunteering for Hospice, Gilda’s Club, K.A.A.A.C. over the years. And I have consistently volunteered for Susan G Komen where I have been a committee member for twelve years. I earned my Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certification to expand my expertise. Because I committed to specialized care, I have received additional training to become an Oncology Massage Therapist. This allows me to better serve women navigating a cancer journey, from those in cancer treatment, survivorship, and those at the end of life.

My desire to support my clients through life’s challenges led me to become a Transition Doula. This service provides non-medical, holistic support and comfort to people preparing for, or experiencing end of life. At Align Total Wellness we use certified pure tested grade essential oils and all-natural carrier oils topically on clients and aromatically in the practice. We also use these high-quality oils in our nurturing product line. We promote holistic wellness, so we use the greatest and want the greatest for our clients! Our view is that the alignment of the spirit, soul and body is a route to total wellness. We consider a whole person approach to wellbeing by way of support, encouragement and comfort. This holistic care can be preventative, restorative and or palliative.

With every touch, I remind my clients that healing is possible, peace is within reach, and wellness is a sacred journey – one that I’m honored to support through Align Total Wellness. I continue to walk with each client on their unique path. It is an honor to serve, and I’m grateful for every life I’ve been trusted to touch along the way!
